Good Practice Visit- Organisational Development
We are delighted to invite you to join, on September 12th in Leuven, a Good Practice Visit on Organisational Development hosted by GC Europe. During this event, you will discover how GC Europe's unique culture helped them to achieve excellent results and become a reference in the health care sector. This event will include a plant tour with role model practices explanations and much more.

GC Europe N.V. (GCE) is the subsidiary of the Japanese GC Corporation (GCC) which is one of the leading dental manufacturers in the world, striving to offer high-quality products and services for dentistry and dental technology.

The success of this family-owned business, which will be explained during the visit, is based on solid principles and a unique culture: a corporate philosophy, drawing from the Japanese wisdom of “Semui” and “No Kokoro”, calls for selfless and objective action, always putting the common good before short-term growth objectives.

The way that GC Europe has been able to successfully use its so well established and deployed Values and Mission as a compass for day to day business decisions, lead to results which are in perfect harmony with stakeholder expectations.

Furthermore, GC’s Mission and Vision form a holistic framework ensuring a high adaptability to the evolution of markets and market segments. Specifically, the “Think global but act local” concept strongly supports local agility, and enables branches to take swift local action to adapt to local market requirements.

As a dental specialist company, we have received numerous accolades for our quality management. For example, GC Europe received last year the EFQM Excellence Award in the category of “Leading with Vision, Inspiration and Integrity”. In addition, GC was ranked No. 1 at the prestigious 9th Quality Management Level Research awards in Tokyo. Don't miss this unique opportunity to learn from a Role Model organisation.
